Camilla (Head Roaster) and Ed (Director) at Temple Coffee Roasters delivered the roast curve for the washed West-Arsi-1 coffee, sourced from Gora Kone washing station. Camilla roasted the Gora Kone on a Probat UG15 and two-inch J-type probes. In the cup, Camilla and Ed note orange blossom, peach, and black Tea.
