Lex and Dylan, roasters at Friedhats Coffee Roasters, delivered the roast curve for the washed AB Kenya, sourced from the Ndaroini Coffee Group. Lex and Dylan found sugar cane, lemon, blackcurrant, juicy and sweet notes in the cup. The acidity is medium to high. The coffee was roasted on a Probat K&M UG22 with a probe thickness of 3mm.
