With more than twenty years of experience, Trabocca has played an active role in the development of specialty coffee, particularly in Ethiopia. Alongside, we work with producers in key origins such as Peru, Brazil, Colombia, and Kenya. While these form the core of our sourcing today, we remain open and curious, always interested in learning about new coffees, new regions, and the stories behind them.

Developing the coffee sector is part of our DNA.
