In our last cupping session, we will be discovering the different regions within Ethiopia. In a fun and educative setting, we will cup coffees from various zones in Ethiopia. Next to each set, you will find informative printouts explaining the differences in regions and their typical characteristics and flavor profiles. Explore the regions of Guji, Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, Limu, Benchmaji, West-Arsi and Kaffa.
