IEEPA tariff refunds for green coffee imports with Trabocca are in the works.
Trabocca passed through applicable tariff costs as a transparent line item charge on invoices in line with GCA terms. We filed a CAPE declaration with Customs and Border Protection on April 29, 2026. As of June 15, 2026, all impacted Trabocca customs entries were liquidated without tariffs applied. Effective that same day, tariff costs were no longer passed through to roasters on invoices. As of July 7, 2026, refunds were received from the U.S. Treasury for Trabocca’s impacted 2025 imports.
We are refunding CBP Form 7501 (customs entry) IEEPA duty values for each shipment, minus a small non-recoverable customs broker outlay fee that was also passed through.
