Mr. Djalma Diniz is the man behind the smooth and full-bodied naturals of the Diniz farm (Brazil). Djalma is a persistent man. Because after several failed attempts at starting a coffee farm in Northern Minas Gerais, he found his ideal place to succeed: the micro-region of Araponga. The climate is perfect for coffee cultivation and there is an abundance of water.
For the past 20 years, Djalma has transformed his farm into a specialty coffee estate – a total of 84 hectares. Together with an experienced team, he delivers consistent quality crops. Djalma’s daughter inherited his passion for specialty coffee and is now in charge of the farm’s administration. She wants to continue the family legacy and strives to improve the quality of each harvest.
