Join us for the World Coffee Research x CENFRO Peru: Seeds of Hope Cupping, presented in collaboration with our long-term partners at World Coffee Research and CENFRO. Following our recent visit to their research center in San Ignacio, Northern Peru, this session highlights their work in evaluating coffee variety performance and producing high-quality seedlings distributed to farmers across Peru. Together, we will taste seven different coffee varieties from the same farm side by side, offering a unique opportunity to explore how genetics influence flavor, structure, and cup profile.
