We aim to provide high quality, traceable coffees to roasters worldwide. And are dedicated to improving the whole supply chain by establishing close relationships between producers and roasters.
The Quality Department of Trabocca has the purpose of reducing risk, driving customer confidence, and working on continuous improvement, in order to deliver the needed products to the roaster, according to product specifications and within set regulations. The department consists of three pillars: Food Safety, Product Quality and Sample Administration.
We are looking for an intern (current Bachelor student of food safety related field), on a full-time basis for the Food Safety pillar. During your internship you will focus on daily executive food safety tasks.

Such as updating our HACCP system, making a risk analysis, creating an online producer questionnaire, doing research into new pesticide risks, or updating our sensory analysis scoresheet. It depends on what is on the task list at the moment.
Lastly, as part of the overall Quality team, we ask you to help out during the daily tasks, such as helping set up our daily sensory evaluation, keeping the shared inbox as empty as possible, and sending samples to roasters.
