Marketing & Communication Coordinator 

As our Marketing & Communication Coordinator you are responsible for Trabocca’s marketing strategy, branding, and content marketing. You implement our global (content) marketing strategy to drive profitable growth, attract potential customers and improve customer loyalty. Besides the global marketing strategy, you will be leading our content marketing efforts: from strategy to execution. And you will develop website updates and organize digital advertising campaigns, events and social media activities.

This role provides a lot of room for own initiative. Our ideal candidate is ambitious, a self-starter with a hands-on approach, a strong sense of responsibility and a persistent attitude.

Your responsibilities and objectives

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Responsible for the overall marketing coordination of Trabocca; from budgeting and organizing to reporting
  • Conduct qualitative customer research to discover our market trends and buyers’ motivations, goals and challenges
  • Generate content on a weekly basis and continuously monitor, improve and tailor content to buyers’ needs
  • Improve SEO and conversion rates on our website in cooperation with agencies
  • Set up inbound campaigns within HubSpot that capture demand
  • Create direct e-mail marketing campaigns and manage our social media channels
  • Global media planning in collaboration with our offices in the USA and Ethiopia
  • Write content for our websites, social media, advertisements, press releases, print brochures and other publications
  • Graphic design for digital and print productions, such as product information, sales presentations, advertisements, department and region-specific presentations
  • Act as brand guardian: implement changes across the company where necessary to brand strategy, brand assets, marketing material adjusted to different global regions.

Job requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience with managing marketing and communication campaigns, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree within Marketing & Communications
  • Experience with managing websites (content management, SEO, lead conversion, etc.)
  • Experience with creating engaging digital marketing campaigns, including direct e-mail, social media and blogs
  • Excellent English copywriting and editing skills, Dutch and another European language would be a plus
  • Comfortable with designing digital and print marketing materials, such as digital ads, brochures, case studies, presentations
  • You know your way around graphic design software, like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads and HubSpot
  • The ideal candidate has a self-starter attitude with a commercial mindset, showing creativity and initiative
  • Affinity with the coffee industry.
